How to change or cancel your order?
If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit a ticket through this form, including your order number and the changes you'd like to make. We’ll notify you once the modification or cancellation has been processed.

Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified.
AFTER 2 HOURS
The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.
Kindly note that:
- Personalized orders are immediately locked for processing once completed, making it difficult to make adjustments afterward. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
- During the holiday season, modification requests may take longer to process, though we strive to accommodate changes as quickly as possible.

Free replacement or refund
Our goal is to bring customers back, not our products. We believe that offering a REPLACEMENT or REFUND is the best way to resolve any issues. You won’t need to physically return the item(s) to us; you can keep the original items at your discretion.
We will assume full responsibility for the product(s) within 45 days of their arrival if they are:
- Damaged, faulty, or not functioning properly
- Incorrect item or not as described in your Order Confirmation email
- Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate
You can choose to REPLACE the item or request a REFUND.

The reasons listed below are not covered under our Refund and Replacement policy. While we understand your disappointment, we are not responsible for the following issues:
- Requesting a refund more than 45 days after product delivery
- Personal reasons, such as changing your mind or no longer wanting the item, whether during shipping or after delivery
- Damage to the product due to improper use
REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE
In the following cases, a replacement can be provided for a small fee compared to the original price:
- You received the wrong item, design, or size due to incorrect customization input.
- Your order was returned and destroyed due to an incorrect shipping address.
