All products available on 89Prints are made-to-order, meaning that each item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed to ensure the highest quality.

We collaborate with a variety of artists and manufacturers globally, which contributes to the delivery times outlined below. This also enables us to offer exceptional prices on our products.

Shipping carriers include USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and local postal services.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received.

During busy special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day, Halloween, and Christmas, the estimated delivery time may be extended by a few extra days.

Please note:

  • The time frame mentioned above applies only to orders within the U.S. using standard shipping methods.
  • Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may take an additional 7-10 days compared to other U.S. states.
  • Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • While most of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame provided, the stated delivery window is approximate and may vary in certain cases. Some items/orders may require longer processing or delivery times.
  • International orders: Additional days may be required if orders go through customs. We have no control over the customs process and apologize for any delays that may occur.
  • Large orders (Canvas, Poster) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies do not apply to these items.
  • Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking link via email, allowing you to follow your package until it arrives.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If no tracking information is available when you check, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Once it’s scanned into the system, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.

If your order exceeds the estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address.

If you request the final mile carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.
